Dr. Jana, aka Doc (they/them) offers professionally facilitated mindfulness and wellness support as a certified SHA Sound Healing Practitioner, YA certified yoga, reiki and meditation teacher, and ICC Certified Professional Coach.

Doc is an artist and energy worker. They are a best-selling social justice author, painter, and mystic. Doc enjoys exploring the deeper dimensions of existence, seeking to awaken the power within each individual.

Through Sound Healing services at Resolve, Doc aims to help clients find balance + cellular harmony via a variety of healing frequencies and sounds, orchestrated as-needed to meet each individual where they are.

Outside of Resolve, Dr. Jana offers free pregnancy and infant loss support as an IAP certified death doula. Their evolution from birth doula to death doula embodies their commitment to honoring life's profound cycles and supporting clients through moments of transition and transformation.
